Terms of Use
The current agreement between you and the operator of the offline app.
Introduction
Welcome to offline (the "App"). The operator is offline (the "Operator"). These terms govern the use of the App and your relationship with the Operator.
By using the App you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Nature of the service
The App serves to connect people through real offline events. It is not a dating or classic social network.
The App does not guarantee the success, safety, or quality of any event. You bear personal responsibility for your attendance and behavior.
Registration and account
When registering you provide truthful data including date of birth. Date of birth is immutable after registration.
Users under 18 do not have access to content tagged 18+. Users of any age may be hidden from minors based on settings.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. The Operator is not liable for damages caused by misuse of your account.
Events, deposits and tickets
Private events require a €4 deposit serving as an attendance guarantee. Refund rules are described in Help and form part of this agreement.
Public free events have a €4 creation fee paid to the Operator.
Public paid events are created only by business profiles. The platform charges no commission on ticket sales — revenue goes directly to the business. Ticket refunds are handled directly between the business and the buyer.
User behavior
You undertake to behave considerately and in accordance with law. Harassment, hateful content, spam, fraud, sale of prohibited substances, and any activity damaging other users or third parties is prohibited.
Violations may result in restricted features, content removal, or permanent account ban.
User content
Content you upload (photos, messages, reviews) remains your property. You grant the Operator a limited license to store, display and process it to the extent necessary for App operation.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Termination and deletion
You may delete your account at any time in settings. Upon deletion your personal data will be removed to the extent described in the privacy policy.
The Operator reserves the right to restrict or close an account upon repeated violations.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for damages arising from event attendance or for user-generated content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit such exclusion.
Changes to terms
Terms may be updated in the future. We will notify you of changes in the App at least 14 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the App after that date you agree to the changes.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
