For venues

Your venue on the offline map.

Bar, café, club, cultural center or studio? Create a full profile, publish events, and sell tickets directly to customers. Commission on sales is 0%. Only Stripe's processing fee comes off the payout.

No commitment · No monthly fee · Manual verification

0% commission

Ticket money goes straight to your Stripe account. offline takes no commission. The only deduction is Stripe's processing fee — at least 1.5% + €0.25, so a €10 ticket pays out €9.60. Cards that cost more to process (corporate cards, or cards issued outside the EEA) carry a higher fee, and that difference is deducted separately, shortly after the payment. Payouts run weekly, anchored to Monday, and the schedule is set by the platform.

A profile people find

Cover, gallery, opening hours, amenities, address, reviews. A registered venue gets its own pin on the map, set apart from ordinary places, and shows up in the app.

Stats

Followers, event counts (upcoming, past, cancelled), total attendees, review average and count, profile views. Revenue is shown as an estimate — it does not subtract the Stripe fee, so the exact number lives in your Stripe dashboard. The screen is a snapshot; pull to refresh it.

Verified venue

Once a human has checked your business ID you get a verified badge, so customers can see a real company stands behind the venue. It unlocks nothing else — selling tickets is gated on Stripe Connect, never on verification.

Door check-in

The guest shows their profile QR, you scan it, and the app says HAS TICKET or NO TICKET together with their photo so you can match the face. Re-entry is allowed by design, so a smoke break throws nobody out. Up to 20 people from your team can scan. Mobile app only.

Web and mobile

From the web you manage the profile, events (create and edit), gallery, reviews, stats and Stripe. The mobile app adds the cover photo, door check-in and event promotion.

How it works

Three steps to publishing

  1. 1

    Registration

Create an account by email. Enter your business ID, name, address and venue type. A human checks it against the Slovak commercial register — there is no fixed turnaround, so count on up to a week. Your profile and your events work without verification.

  2. 2

    Stripe Connect

For paid events connect your Stripe account through Express onboarding. Ticket selling unlocks the moment that onboarding is complete. Accounts are opened in Slovakia, so a venue abroad can register but cannot take payments yet. Without Stripe you still get a profile and free events.

  3. 3

    Publish

Your profile goes public immediately. Opening hours and gallery you add from the web, the cover photo from the mobile app. Events you create and edit right here in the web console.

FAQ

What you might want to know

How much does it cost?

The profile is free. Creating a public event has a one-time fee: €4 for a free event (spam prevention), or one ticket's price for a paid event. On ticket sales offline takes no commission at all. The only thing deducted from the transfer to your account is Stripe's processing fee — at least 1.5% + €0.25 per ticket, so a €10 ticket pays out €9.60. Cards that cost more to process (corporate cards, or cards issued outside the EEA) carry a higher fee, and that difference is deducted separately, shortly after the payment.

What types of venues can be added?

Bar, café, restaurant, club, sport and fitness, culture, hotel or guesthouse, shop. Anything else goes in as "other" and we look at it individually.

How does business ID verification work?

After registration a person checks your details against the Slovak commercial register. It is manual and we do not promise a turnaround — count on up to a week. Verification gives you the verified badge and nothing more: you can sell tickets as soon as Stripe onboarding is complete, badge or no badge.

Can I manage the venue from mobile?

The mobile app is not in the stores yet. Until it ships you run the whole venue from the web console — profile, events, gallery, reviews, stats and Stripe. When it does, you sign in with the same email and see the same venue; the app adds the cover photo upload, door check-in and event promotion.

Who handles refunds?

On paid events the venue refunds the buyer through its own Stripe dashboard — the app does not return ticket money. One exception: on a chargeback, when the buyer disputes the payment with their bank, the platform automatically pulls the disputed amount back out of your Stripe account. If the dispute is won, the money is transferred back to you. And one more: if a paid event does not reach its minimum headcount 24 hours before the start, the system cancels it automatically and refunding the buyers is on you.

Can I get an event seen by more people?

Yes. €2 pushes your event higher in the feed for 7 days. It affects the feed only — the map and search order do not change. You buy it in the mobile app.

Can I cancel an event?

Not yet. There is no cancel button on the web or in the app; an event is only cancelled automatically when it fails to reach its minimum headcount 24 hours before the start. Ticket price and event type are also fixed once the event exists — what you can still edit is the title, description, time, place, capacity and categories.

What if I do not want to sell tickets, just have a profile?

No problem. Stripe is optional. Without it you get a full profile and you can run free public events (the €4 creation fee still applies). Stripe is only needed for paid tickets.
